Communications Consultant

 Regina is a communications consultant specializing in employee communications for large-scale systems implementations and organizational change initiatives. Her work spans a variety of industries—from high tech to insurance—and includes assignments for mid-sized organizations to Fortune 100 corporations. She is known for her partnering skills and ability to complete projects that deliver business value. Her clients have included Quantum Corporation, Acer America, Stanford University, and California State Automobile Association. Passionate about art and culture, Regina has served as Commissioner and Trustee for the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco.

Achievements & Awards

• Winner of 2009 Magnum Opus Silver Award for her “Having Perspective” article series for Gilead Sciences, Inc.
• Served as communications and change manager for the global Oracle system implementation at Quantum Corporation. As the largest and most successful implementation of its kind at the time, this project was featured on the cover of CIO magazine, February 15, 1997
• Composed and delivered communications plan for Stanford University’s Mainframe Retirement Project. Established credible lead sponsorship and an effective process for driving 6,000 mainframe users to alternative technologies, resulting in projected savings of $3 million annually
• Is a former member of the Exhibitions and Publications Committee, and former Chair of the Membership Committee of the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco
