Pauline brings extensive experience working for start-ups and multinational companies in China, Hong Kong, and the United States. She has worked in training and employee communications for Hong Kong’s two largest employers: the Hong Kong Government and the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). Other corporate clients have included AIG, Gillette, Merrill Lynch, and Paramount Publishing Group.

Having earned an M.B.A. in marketing from San Francisco State University, Pauline is skilled in helping leaders articulate their vision and values, as well as facilitating cross-level and cross-functional communications to enhance collaboration. An award-winning speaker, storyteller, and published author, she is actively engaged in literacy and diversity boards around
the San Francisco Bay Area.

• As VP Diversity, launched Diversity portfolio for the San Francisco chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
